Working with Tom over this past year and it has been a total game changer. I have a business that keeps me busy with close to 100 staff across 3 continents, alongside this, I’ve suffered with bad arthritis for over 8 years; that kept me under 3,000 steps today. I was lifting weights but putting on weight and reached a high level of body fat due to a sedentary lifestyle. Within half a year of working with Tom I have done more with my body then I thought I’d ever be able to do again, the daily pain I was experiencing with arthritis left me, I was walking 40k steps per day, reached 9% body fat, put on a bunch of muscle and had a new level of energy in everything in my life. I trained and worked as a personal trainer for many years so I know what to look for. It’s rare to find a PT with Toms level of knowledge, renowned in Dubai for “Training the trainers”, Tom picks up on the small details, keeps training exciting and challenging and makes the process enjoyable. It’s not cheap to hire a PT, but its certainly not cheap to watch your health deteriorate either.
