Seb’s story: from 2,000 steps a day to elite strength levels

When Seb came to me, he was stuck. He could barely manage 2,000 steps a day, lived with constant pain, and felt like his body no longer reflected the standards he held in business and life. So we stripped everything back to the fundamentals, portion control, daily movement, training quality. No gimmicks, no extreme dieting, no confusing plans. Just clarity, structure and consistency.
